As an active community leader, board member and Treasurer of Latinas In Business Foundation (LIB), member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and most recently a past appointment to The Balboa Park Committee by former Mayor Sanders and the City Council.
Minnie has served on numerous boards and commission, including board member of The San Diego Home Loan Counseling and Education Center (SDHLCEC), board member and treasurer of National Latina Women Business Association (NLWBA),
Minnie holds the distinction of being appointed to The Empire of Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women in 2004-2005, selected Entrepreneur of the Year by the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (2006) in addition to being recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owner (NAWBO) with their Affiliate Award in 2006. Selected as the Fastest Growing Business Awardee for NLBWA 2013. Minnie also was named FIVE STAR Professional for San Diego Magazine eleven years in a row.
