Ciara Rzeslawski
REALTOR®, CalDRE #01903387

I was born and raised in San Diego and have been around the business of Real Estate and Investments since a young age. Throughout high school and college, I often helped out my mother, Minnie Rzeslawski, any way I could with her real estate company, 24K International Realty. Seeing my mother’s success in helping people buy their first homes, or making the process of selling their houses easier, inspired me to eventually seek out a real estate license. At the age of 20, I received my salesperson license and officially joined my mother’s team in providing buyers, sellers, and owners with honest services.
I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Management. I continue to educate myself with constant real estate training and frequent attendance to real estate classes and updates to provide the most up-to-date knowledge to my clients.
Art Rodriguez
CalDRE #01992645

Hello, and please let me introduce myself, my name is Art Rodriguez and I am a Realtor specializing in residential home sales and purchases In San Diego County. A little about me,
I’ve lived in San Diego County since I was in second grade until now. I graduated high school and college in San Diego. I love this region because of the people and the weather. It is the only place I could ever call home. On some of our more beautiful summer days I almost feel translucent when I feel the mild San Diego breezes on my skin.
I have been working around new custom homes since I was about 16 years old. My Dad was a grading contractor, and his job included developing and grading new home pads for custom homes. He would also often return for finish grading projects once the homes were completed. His work also included finish grading for new tract-home developments. Custom grading projects for unique construction needs was also something that he would undertake.
Participating in this process, I’ve seen many many homes new and old. I’ve also had the
opportunity to experience many interior and exterior architectural plans and designs. I’ve been
exposed to building challenges and the master skills required in the construction of new homes.
Most of all, I was always intrigued by interior plans and the different home layouts and use of
living space. I am also drawn to the beauty of exterior design. The use of exterior space is also
a powerful enhancement of any home. If you haven’t guessed I really like my job!l With many
years of exposure to all kinds of homes along with my dedication I believe I can offer a well
rounded home purchasing experience. I’m also very dedicated and work extremely hard for my
clients. Thank You for considering me and the 24K team!

Yadira Luna de la Garza
CalDRE #02031558

“My name is Yadira E Luna De La Garza, and I was born and raised in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico. My mother was a teacher for 30 years, and my father was a taxi driver. I grew up with four siblings – three boys and one girl. My parents instilled morals and values in us, which I consider to be one of the best things they did for me.
After graduating from CBTIS high school, I decided to move to the United States to seek a better life. I attended San Diego City College to improve my English, and after completing my courses, I began searching for a job. In 1999, I started working for Sharp Health Care, where I remain after 24 years.
While living in San Diego, I decided to buy a house and found a broker named Minnie Rzeslawski, who helped me purchase my first home. She was friendly and explained the real estate process well, making the transaction smooth. This positive experience motivated me to become a real estate agent myself, as I love helping people find their dream homes. Thanks to my bilingual abilities, I am able to assist English and Spanish- speaking clients in finding their perfect homes.”
